| The e-board met with Mr. Chilsen and decided we need people in the fraternity to step up and take on leadership roles when are our e-board leaders are not able to be around. We also decided we want to make Mr. Chilsen a larger part of our fraternity. We plan to invite him to attend meeting more frequently, to cookouts, activities, and recruitment events. |
