President:
Regional—need to pay $60 checks by Feb. 8th so get
check to Joe by Tuesday 6th
Vice
President: IFC—Activities
Committee needs 2 people – Meet at 7 p.m. at the Greek office
Money Maker idea—perform a reminder service for important dates
through out the year for people (Talk to parents and family members, includes
the alumni too!)
Finance:
Dues are due ASAP for all who have not paid.
For members who have not talked to Joe or Jeff about a payment plan will
be fined $1.
Chartwell’s—dates
are still available to work.
Pop-tops—will be
collected on Friday Feb. 9th
around 8-10 am. Have them ready
for pick up
Programs:
Brotherhood—meet at Cellar around 7-8. (Band is FREE)
Family Weekend—If
parents are staying at the Marriott, they must call by Feb. 7th to
confirm reservations.
Scrap Book—Shaw would like to
put together a scrapbook together. If
you have any pictures you are will to part with, bring to next meeting...
Andy Motions: To have two
scrapbooks, one for quality pictures, and the second for initiated members’
eyes only to be under lock and key in a safe of the historian.
Motion passes.
Philanthropy:
February 6th from 7-9 in the Ward Room.
Hugs and Kisses with the A-phi’s
Polar Bear Plunge—March
3rd, let’s have a great turn out with support of participants for
those of you who are not.
Membership:
Prep Party—Idea is to put on a dance at the Cellar from
9-12 p.m. on Feb. 23rd
Attendance
is a must!!!
Other:
Intramural volleyball team for Monday 10 p.m.
