Call to Order: 6:00 p.m.

                                National Conclave in DC, this August, start saving to go

                   Educational Program—protective services having training program on March 6

                   Meeting next week—will still have one.  make it if you can...

Vice President: IFC—Mon. March 5thletter day

                  May 5th –Boys and Girls club volunteer (will be only 1hr long)

                  April 11th need security workers for AIDS concert

                  Tuesday night—study night 7:00pm

                  Greek Banquet—March 29th @ Petty Bone

                Bake sale profits $66

Programs: Brotherhood—Thursday football game on Coate field @3pm

                Formal—must be able to pay at least 50% of total by March 21st

                                Bring money to Shaw by that date.

Philanthropy: Books 4 Kids—get donations by august, books for Primary education, books must be new

Membership: Initiation—will be the 1st weekend of April

Other: Job Application for summer jobs (construction) talk to Holweg

New:  Joe D motions that we give 50% made from bake sale to be given to Dru’s Laux hall Council Relay instead of giving 25% of bake sale profit to polar plunge, MOTION passes

Old: Composites—cost is about $22.50  (will be negotiated)

Bart motions to allow Stauffy to negotiate a price of $17/person with the co., MOTION passes
