STG Minutes

March 25, 2001

Call to Order: 6:00 p.m.

Present: Kevin, Keith, Jeff, Joe S, Brian, Nic, Scott S, Ross, Mike, Joe D, Barry, Dan,

             Dustin, Quadi, Scott H, Zak

Excused: Scott N, Jason, Bart, Kenton, Dru, Bryan, and Dennis

President: Web page???  Talk to Barry and Brian

Vice President: Grades—Chapter Cum. GPA is 2.99, highest for fraternities

            IFC—joint meeting Tuesday 6p.m. @ the church next to Delta Sig house

                        Need to pay dues and need a roster

            Greek Ball—Thursday 6-11pm

                        New member bus leaves @ 5:45

                        Member bus leaves @ 6:15

                        NO SMOKING OR DRINKING BEFORE HAND

                                    Dress semi-formal

                        Cost is only $10 make check payable to Sigma Tau Gamma

            Luau—April 21^st @ Myrick Park (same day as formal) a must go to event!

            GPA dinner—will be at Big Al’s date has yet to be set!

Finance: Rooster Andy’s—April 12^th start time is questionable, but count on being there

                        Before noon.    WILL SIGN UP FOR TIMES NEXT WEEK!

            Tuesday April 24^th counting people at CC.  Times are in the attachment

            Cans—keep saving them; call Joe S or Dan if you need them to be picked up.

            Chartwells—new times for April Times are in the attachment.

Programs: Social—with AXD on Saturday @ 6p.m.  Theme is a Murder Mystery

                                    Remember your #’s from the meeting….

            White Rose Formal—April 21^st Itinerary is in attachment

                                    As of now we are looking at $35 per person

            Pictures for scrapbook.  Still need some

            Brotherhood—Greek Ball

Philanthropy: Habitat for Humanity meeting in room 259 on Tuesday. 

                        Will be building on March 31^st

Membership: Initiation!!!

Other: Tickets need to be sold for Greek Ball

New: Budget—we are currently above the red, but technically are still below after we pay

                        All the bills.
