Call to Order: 6:01 pm

Present: Kevin, Keith, Jeff, Joe S, Joe D, Brian S, Dustin, Dan, Barry, Scott S., Scott H, Mike, Bart, Dennis, Jason

Excused: Dru, Andy, Kenton, Ross, Nic

Unexcused: Zac, Bryan, Nuttelman

 

President: Proposal

            Need to vote next week for publicity chair and new J-board

 

Vice President: IFC—planning for next year

                        Grade cards for new members, Joe needs these signed ASAP!

 

Finance:  Chartwells

            Doors—thanks to all that helped!

            Cans- Joe will be picking up cans for sure this week.  Please call him

 

Membership: Committee—hot tub party with AZD’s

            New Members—still need to pay $170.00 ASAP for assoc. fee

 

Programs: Brotherhood--@ Chilsen’s on may 3^rd, meet at Joe’s house by 3:30.

            Calendar—if you did not get one, contact Shaw ASAP!

            Badger Game:  planned for September 15, vs. W. Kentucky

            Large party:  planned for Halloween

 

Philanthropy: Meeting on Monday @ 8:30 in room 326

 

Other: None

 

Old:  Composites…same things, nothing…

 

New: Joe D. motions to pass new budget for Fall semester of 2001 with a bi-weekly

            Statement of account balances starting September 2^nd.
