Call to Order: 1:13p.m.

	Saturday we will be having a social with the AZD’s. Keith will email everyone with further information
	Brotherhood will be Thursday: going to a movie at the Riv roughly around 7

Finance

If you choose to do a payment plan for dues you must pick from three different plans. See Jeff for a handout explaining each plan.

Philanthropy

Relay for life will be the night of March 8^th

Teeter Totter will be having a meeting sometime this week

New Business

Motion (Jeff) “I propose to add $125 to the budget to pay for the regional conclave.”

Motion (Jeff) “To add $10 to dues to pay for various activities that will be kept track of in a notebook.”

Amendment (Shaw) “Every time this money is used it must be approved by the chapter, or under extreme circumstances, e-board approval.”

Anyone skip class?

Anyone who doesn’t skip a class before Nic does will receive five dollars from him.

Flyers were put up promoting a party as a fraternity event. We cannot do this and J-Board will meet about this.

Open Business

	Last week’s minutes had a mistake. Parents weekend will be on March 9^th not the 11^th as previously stated.
	Dues will be $180.40
