Call to Order: 6:02p.m.

President

	Welcome Mike Ray, director of Chapter Development, to the meeting
	Creed
	Handed out Chapter Plan (PLEASE READ and give feedback)
	There will be an Endeavor Trip over spring break in Memphis TN if anyone is interested in going

Pablo (Teeter Totter)

	Introduced the Gamma Sigs
	Chose committee chairs for Teeter Totter

	Quadi and Dustin are Publicity chair
	Hannan is safety chair
	Nic is education chair
	Mike is food chair
	Shaw is fundraising chair

	The Newsletter is done. With a few corrections to be made it will be sent out.
	IFC

	Everyone Wednesday we are supposed to wear our letters
	Feb. 28^th is a joint meeting
	We must decide where to have the Greek banquet

Membership

	For those people ordering sweatshirts be sure to get Dustin the money as soon as they come in.
	How are things going with the prospective members?????

Programs

	The social on Saturday was a good time
	We will not be having brotherhood this week due to V-day
	Does anyone have an idea for a formal location?
	We will not be going to Marty’s on the 16^th. We will try to work something out with him later, possibly March 30^th.

Finance

	Dues or payment plans must be turned in now!
	We will have a flower sale Wednesday and Thursday in Whitney, North for all you old guys that don’t know that is really Wimberly), and Cartwright.
	Make sure you have your promises to pay done
	Make sure you sign the fines contract

Philanthropy

	Sign up for relay 4 life
	We have lots of other Philanthropy projects we can do as well, such as the children’s museum.

Open Business

Composites from last year

	We can either get the cheaper version which will be around $20 or the more expensive version
	Decided that we want the composite done but to do it at the cheaper rate

We are still waiting for responses for the basketball tournament

The t-shirts were under budget by 13 dollars.

There is a campus close-up Friday from 11:40-12:00

Mike wrote a poem about Sigma Tau Gamma and would like to send it to nationals and post it on the board

New Business

Motion (Joe. S) “For the IFC banquet to be on a Thursday, off campus, and pay a small fee for food, and would like the IFC delegates to vote this way.”
