Call to Order: 6:31p.m.

President

	We won the best charitable project award at the regional conclave
	Brothers Hannan, Halweg, and Sommers went to the conclave
	I forgot to send out the minutes last week
	Jean Kilborne will be giving a presentation on Tuesday, March 5^th in Vahalla
	Carol College is holding an all Greek picnic on April 20th

Membership

The initiation committee will be meeting Friday at 4p.m. at Dru’s apartment

Programs

Parent’s Weekend is this weekend

Meet at Seven Bridge’s at 5:30p.m.

Formal will be at Maple Grove on April 13^th

We tentatively have a social planned on March 28^th

Brotherhood will be dinner at Joe’s and Brian’s on Thursday at 6p.m.

Finance

	We got a contract from Rooster Andy’s, we will work from 11a.m.-6:30p.m on April 11^th
	The Monday after parents weekend we will be having a bake sale

	9:30-2:30 in North Hall
	10:30-2:30 in Cartwright

Philanthropy

We had a disappointing turn out for polar plunge, only four people showed up

Special recognition to Keith for raising $120 for the activity

Everyone that signed up for the Children’s Museum on March 8^th we will be meeting at Bryan Ingold’s apartment at 5 o clock to go

We have another Children’s Museum activity on March 29^th so plan for that

We should participate in Community Clean Up in April

Mike Garwood’s dad had heart surgery so let him know we are thinking of him

New Business

Discussion of Conclave ideas

We should to bring the idea of creating a Chapter Heritage Fund to the alumni and let them decide if it is something they would like to do
