1:40 – PRESIDENT:  Michael Turowski

-Nu Class members are given Sigma Tau Gamma Badge, Code of Honor and Certificate.

-Brainstorming Retreat 3-5 in Cartwright  Room 257…..T will buy dinner for all who come and those who do not will be fined!!!!

-Executive Board Meeting @ 7:00pm in Room 258 on Tuesday

-Greek Info Night in Port O’Call (Monday-February 3rd) @ 5:30-7:30….NEED AT LEAST 4 MEMBERS THERE!!!!

-Mike Ray will be coming next Tuesday (February 4th) to E-Board Meeting

 

1:45 – VICE PRESIDENT:  Andy Ziemann

            -Everybody NEEDS to start off semester right!!  GO TO CLASS!!

            -Worked on STG Website over the break.

-Test Bank will be started and it will consist of Test/Quizzes….Filling Cabinet will be kept @ 214 North 9th Street.

-Quadi needs EVERY members Class Schedules by Sunday (February 2nd).

-IFC Meeting on Tuesday (January 28th) @ 6 in Room 334.

 

1:49 – VICE PRESIDENT OF PROGRAMS:  Brian Hannan

-Super Bowl Party after Meeting….everyone throw in $1 or $2 so we can get snacks.

-Brotherhood Dinner at 214 N 9th St. on Wednesday (January 29th) @ 6:30.

-Mexican Fiesta is on February 8th (Saturday) which is only 1 ½ weeks away….Need to Organize and get Decorations

 

1:55 – VICE PRESIDENT OF MEMBERSHIP:  Tom Williams

            -RUSH Week starts at the end of next week…..we need to start talking SIG TAU

            UP!!!!

            -It is CRUCIAL that all members attend events

            -We need each person to bring 2 members to our chapter….Get names and give

            them to Tom.

 

2:01 – VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE:  Steve Mitchell

            -$150 of DUES are to be paid next Sunday (February 2nd).

-KWIK Trip Fundraiser:  Everyone needs to apply for the KWIK Trip Card…We will get money back for our Fraternity

-Rooster Andy’s will be at either Sam’s Club because they will match our $.  It will be on April 3rd (Thursday)……We need to SELL as much as possible and organize this extremely well.

 

2:09 – VICE PRESIDENT OF PHILANTROPY:  Justin Eisberner

            -Start thinking of Teeter-Totter Chair

            -E-mail Alumni about shot glasses from last class

            -Motion to move Meeting time to 6:00….(Steve Mitchell)

            -Meeting time moved to 6:00 every Sunday

            -Chris Mahal:  We need to decide if we want him in or out of our fraternity.  He

            still owes $25 for Nu Class Shirt
