-Elliot and Tony are going to the All Student Organizations Meeting on Tuesday
in Va-HOLLA…Registration: 6:45/Meeting: 7:00
-Executive Board Meeting @ 7:00pm in Room 257 on Tuesday
-Greek Info Night in Port O’Call (Monday-February 3rd) @ 5:30-7:30…Dr. Taylor and Mr. Chilsen are trying to be there. (wear nice clothes)
-Mike Ray will be coming Tuesday (February 4th) to E-Board Meeting
6:14 - VICE PRESIDENT:

-Dustin skipped one class to study for Pre-Calc quiz.
-NO IFC Meeting this week.
-If you haven’t gotten schedules to Quadi…...Get there! He will be checking up on you because he has become a N.E.R.D. and is always at school so go to class.
-Starting a Rituals Committee for events like pinning and initiation.

-Brotherhood is Movie Night @ the Riv….seeing 8 Mile or The Ring
-Parents Weekend dinner is Herb Baked Chicken and Sirloin Tips- $9.95
-Mexican Fiesta is Saturday…(February 8th)
-Setup and Decorations Committees were established and
Clean up is everyone’s responsibility
-Setup is Friday at 3:00
-Clean up is Sunday at 12:00
-6 invites per person and they MUST be on the list or WILL NOT get in…
Names must be to Jeff Knier by 8:00 pm on Friday!!!
-Quadi can bring a Mic for Competitions

-Tom is emailing RUSH week schedule to everyone this week.
7:00 - VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE:

-Budgets handed out to all members
-$192.87 are now our Dues
-$150 is due unless discussed with Scuba and arranged otherwise.
-We need to discuss on a Rooster Andy’s date at Sam’s Club….(Thurs. or Sat.?)

-New minimum Fund-raising is $25.00
-Children’s Museum still wants our help when we can

-Retreat went well and made a lot of progress. Proposing some new scholarships
to alumni and parents that could total $750/semester
-Need to make Recruitment flyers/posters with positive information = scholarship information
-A list of guidelines are being written up by Dru for Associate Membership Packet
-Introduce yourself to everyone and ask them to come to an event…..DON’T BE PUSHY.

- Chris Mahal: Wants out and needs to pay $25 for Nu Class Shirt or return the shirt
