-Luau and Formal invites have been sent to Alumni…with the exception of a few

-Crisis Management discussed- each member got a chain of command so they know who to contact in case of an emergency

 

        - VICE PRESIDENT OF PROGRAMS:  Brian Hannan

            -Recap of Gamma Sig Social…it went well and was fun

            -Baked Chicken and Lasagna is what our entrees are for White Rose.

            -Get formal date names to Hannan A.S.A.P.

 

        - VICE PRESIDENT OF MEMBERSHIP:  Tom Williams

            -Associate Member Meeting time after meeting tonight.

            -Initiation Committee meeting @ 7 on Monday.  214 N. 9th Street

            -Discussed Initiation Plans

 

        - VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE:  Steve Mitchell

-DUES must be paid by Luau….anyone who needs to talk to Scuba do so A.S.A.P.

-Rooster Andy’s was not as good as it could have been…it goes to show that pre-selling is crucial.  We raise about $170 and will be matched that amount by Sam’s Club.

 

        -VICE PRESIDENT OF PHILANTROPY:  Justin Eisberner

-Teeter Totter is THURSDAY/FRIDAY…make sure you are there as much as possible and are there atleast 10 minutes before teeter time YOU signed up for.

-Teeter’s are done

-T-shirts are $10 for all those who wanted one bring that on Thursday with your MINIMUM $25 donation

-Have a 20-30 ft Tent…bring clothes according to weather

-May 25th-Platteville / May31st-Sauk Prairie:  These are Brother Mueller’s Wedding Receptions….Let Turowski know if you can make them or make the bachelor party on May 3rd:  Paint Ball  (this is Kul/Dul as well)
