Spring Testing Results I was surprised that many of you not only maintained your strength but also improved on it. The goal of our in-season
training program was to maintain strength and many of you did an excellent job of that. I am truly excited to see what kind of power and strength gains we can make during the off season, where the goal is strength/power development.

April 14th Welcome back ladies! I look forward to seeing everyone in the weight room.
The running portion of the workouts can be done after the lifting or at a separate time but on the same day. Have fun and ask questions as needed.
May 12th Good Luck on finals this week!
May 9th Unloading week, no lifting! Make sure you do, however, perform an active warm-up 3x's this week and the running program.
