**Seagrave Exercise Warm-Up**

(Brandon and Yaw)

                                1) Prisoner Squats

                                                                      2) Highland Fling

                                                                      3) Front Lunges

                                                                     4) Side Lunges

                                                                     5) Speed Skaters

                                                                     6) Hamstring Stretch & Quad Stretch

                                                                     7) Calf Stretch & Leg Swings

 *Do 10 reps of each exercise to each side (except prisoner squats)

listed above with a 50 meter ACCEL in between.
