Baseball Summer Outline

Most of the programs each week this summer will have 3 to 4 planned workouts a week. I know most of you are playing in leagues for the most of the summer. If there are weeks where you cannot fit every lift into your schedule I understand. However, do your best to make sure you are fitting in at least two of the scheduled workouts for the week.

For most of your lifts/exercises I have suggested percentages for the weight you should use in each exercise. Those percentages are just a guideline if the suggested % is too hard or too easy you can adjust the weights accordingly. If you cannot remember what your max weights are I will have max-outs posted from last spring and a percentage conversion chart to help you figure out the weights you should try to use.

If you are injured over the summer, have questions about exercises, or have limited weight room options for the summer e-mail me and I will do my best to help you out.
