Welcome to the UW - La Crosse Personal Training website.  At this site you will find information about each of our trainers, information about how to sign up for you own personal trainer, and sample workouts to help you stay in shape.  Personal Training is free for any student who has a valid membership at the UWL Strength Centers.  If you do not have a membership you can register for one HERE.

Our personal trainers offer a wide variety of services to help you reach your peak goal in fitness.  These include, one-on-one training, designing a personal workout for you, aerobic testing, and exercise demonstration.  All of these services are free with your strength center membership.  To take advantage of these services, check out the Sign Up page by clicking the "Sign Up" tab at the top of the page.
