Getting Started

Welcome to the help site for creating your electronic portfolio.  We hope that this site helps you in your creation process.  If you have additional questions that are not answered on this site feel free to come to any Q&A session. 

When starting your electronic portfolio, we recommend starting by downloading the universities template.  We recommend downloading the template because you will have all the pages you need in your portfolio and the links to the different pages are already created.  This template can be obtained by going to http://www.uwlax.edu/student/tlc/ and clicking on your major's template.  Here is the documentation on "Creating an Electronic Portfolio, PDP or Web Site using SharePoint Designer". Here are step-for-step instructions to download your template.

Once you have downloaded the university template, you can choose to use a different template.  Information on how to choose a different template can be found by clicking here.
