2008-2009 Student Association Elections
Interested in
being the President or Vice-President of Student Association?
Interested in being a Student Senator for the 2008-2009 school year?
Then, download a
UWLSA
Petition for Nomination.
Candidates
running for President or Vice-President need to return the completed
form to the Office of Student Life, 149 Graff Main Hall by 4:00 p.m.
on March 25, 2008. Also, these individuals need to attend a
mandatory meeting on March 25th at 6pm in 260 Cartwright to review
the campaign policy and procedures (in the
Student Association Election By-Laws) with the Election
Commission.
Candidates
running for Senate seats need to return the completed form to the
Office of Student Life, 149 Graff Main Hall by 4:00 p.m. on April
1st, 2008. Also, these individuals need to attend a mandatory
meeting on April 1st at 6pm in 332 Cartwright to review the campaign
policy and procedures (in the
Student Association Election By-Laws) with the Election
Commission.
Campaigning will start immediately
following the completion of the campaign policy and procedures
meeting and last until the end of election day.
Elections will take
place on April 15th. Students can vote via
a link on the UW-L Current Students page on election day. If
