Eric Schmidt
College of Business Administration Senator
Eric is currently a sophomore at UW-L with a
double major in Accounting and Finance with a Risk Management
and Insurance Emphasis. He is originally from Sparta, Wisconsin
and intends to graduate in May of 2012.
Eric chose to attend UW-L because of the business program and the great area surrounded by the bluffs and river. While at UW-L, Eric has been involved as a Freshman senator, served on the Athletics committee and Segregated University Fee Allocation Committee (SUFAC), and the Legislative Awareness Committee. He also serves as the District 5 City Council member. In his spare time, Eric enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and hiking and engaging in sporting activities.
Some of Eric's goals for the year include working to actively engage the student body, aiding in making policy that will cause noticeable change for the better on campus and in the community and working on issues involving sustainability and the budget.
Eric is a member of the Segregated University Fee Allocation Committee (SUFAC) and the Parking Appeals Committee.
