Black Student Unity (BSU) Senator
Black Student Unity Senator, Jasmine Tatum, is a sophomore majoring in Political Science and minoring in Criminal Justice. She is orgininally from Milwaukee, WI.
Jasmine chose UW-L because of its excellent Political Science program and because UW-L is only three and half hours away from her hometown. She is an executive member for Black Student Unity and an IOPA member, as well.
Jasmine is part of Student Senate because she believes diversity groups and organizations on campus need to have a stronger voice within our student government. Her goals are to help diversity organization gain more involvement within the Student Senate and to have the diversity voice heard on campus.
