Fees and Costs

WTC students will be charged a $10.00 rehabilitation fee for every 15 PT visits. 

At the suggestion of student leadership, UWL students will be charged a $10.00 rehabilitation fee after the evaluation if the treatment and/or exercise program occurs in the SHC PT Department.  This fee does not apply to self-management of an injury/condition.  The rehabilitation fee is a one-time charge per semester unless you are automatically discharged for failing to comply with PT Clinic Policies.  In cases of automatic discharge, this fee may be assessed again if you return to PT during the same semester.  

NOTICE: At the suggestion of student leadership, students will be charged a $10.00 "No Show" fee for each missed appointment.  To avoid this fee, appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.  Please call (608) 785-5120 to cancel your appointment.

There are additional charges for some treatments (e.g. iontophoresis), for take-home equipment/supplies (e.g. cold packs, insoles, knee & ankle braces, crutches). You will be informed of any costs prior to being charged.
