Budget templates are sent to budgeted programs.
All budget requests are submitted to SUFAC Chair
Budget requests and instructions are sent to the
corresponding Sub-Committees: Athletics, Organizations,
Student Services and Buildings, and Cultural Affairs. It is
an opportunity for the Sub-Committee to ask questions to
understand the organization’s needs.
Sub–committees finalize their recommendations for 2011 – 12
respective budget requests. Budgeted entities may appeal to
SUFAC
Budget deliberations: SUFAC formally reviews and
discusses the recommended budgets.
SUFAC finalizes the amount allocated to funded programs.
Budgeted entities may appeal to Student Senate if needed.
Finalized Budgets are sent to Student Senate.
Budgets approved by Student Senate are sent to Office of
Budget & Finance.
