Equipment and Supplies Fund (One-shots)

Equipment and Supplies Fund (also known as one shots or Capital Fund) is used to fund capital-related items, travel, and emergency purchases. It is a one-time request for a need that emerges after budgets have been finalized.

Currently, any budgeted program can submit requests once a year during the Fall semester. The fund is intended to supply items of lasting use to the organization and/or the campus community.

Criteria

• To fund capital-related items, travel, and emergency purchase
• A one time request for a need that emerged after budgets have been finalized
• Any budgeted program can submit requests twice per year - Fall and Spring Semesters
• Intended to supply items of lasting use to the organization and/or the campus community
• Not intended for personal items, food, yearbook pages, awards, telephones, or fund raising
• Requests are granted on the basis of need and availability of funds.
• Deadlines for One-Shots will be announced each fall for both semesters.
