Table Tent Guidelines

A) Request table tent space before Table Tents are printed. Table tents can remain on tables no longer than one week. Table tent size: Free standing publicity measuring 5.5 inches by 4.5 inches or less, designed for dining tables. It is suggested that a total of 300 table tents be printed for the Cellar, State Room, Galley, and Whitney Center locations. (About 100 will go to Whitney Center and 200 for Cartwright Center.)

B) Table tents must be machine printed. The following information is required: The name of the sponsoring organization/university department must appear on the publicity, the date and time of the event, plus location and other descriptive information, and the organization's name is required if the organization is not funded by Student Activities fees. All Student Activities fee-funded groups must display the subcommittee name.

C) Four copies of the table tent must be on file with the Student Activities Office one week prior to distribution of the table tents.

D) The sponsoring organization is responsible for setting out approved table tents in the Cellar, State Room, Galley, and/or Whitney Center. The sponsoring organization is also responsible for removal of all table tents on the scheduled removal date.

E) Organization should be aware that tables are cleaned nightly and table tents may be disposed of at that time.

Reserve space for your table tents by coming into 212 Cartwright and completing the Table Tent Request form following the table tent guidelines.

Reservations will only be accepted one semester in advance.
