Checklist

  1. Decide on one or more topics that interest you.
  2. Identify faculty who have similar interests and meet with them to discuss the possibility of engaging in a research or creativity project under their guidance.
  3. Outline your project in detail with the help of your faculty mentor.
  4. Write a grant proposal to receive funding for your work.
  5. Present your work locally, regionally, nationally or publish your work.
