POSITION DESCRIPTION  

Description/Primary Responsibilities:   The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse is seeking two (2) part-time Research Interns working as Athletic Training Clinical Instructors available for the 2008-09 academic year (9.5 month contract). 

 

These fellowship positions primarily supervise undergraduate athletic training students on a daily basis in their clinical rotations.  These athletic trainers will assist the head athletic trainer with general functions of the athletic training facility.  Additional duties include assisting with teaching within the ATEP by serving as teaching assistants to faculty/staff and scholarly activities of faculty/staff. 

 

Required Qualifications:  The minimum qualifications for consideration are:

  • BOC credential

  • Eligible for Wisconsin Athletic Trainer License

  • One year of college experience preferred


 
APPOINTMENT  

Starting Date:  August 6, 2008

 

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
