Best UW-L Story:
We were fortunate enough to have a snow day my Freshmen year. There was an epic snowball fight that consumed most of the west side of campus, we watched movies, and video gamed. That night my entire cube went out to Coate Field and played the most awesome game of snow football I’ve ever been a part of, followed by free hot chocolate.
Advice to Freshmen:
Find an organization on campus that interests you and become involved right away. It's a great opportunity to expand your horizons, meet new friends and build your resumé.
Favorite Thing About La Crosse:
I love the distinct small town community feel of La Crosse. The scenery, the people, the schools; La Crosse is hard to beat.
I prefer to eat my instant oatmeal un-microwaved.
I would be a TV; the best and most reliable source for news, movies, and entertainment in every household.
Something I do alone:
I watch quite a bit of CSPAN and CSPAN 2 in my room, and I know it’s not in everyone’s top ten favorite channels to watch so I wouldn’t make anyone watch it with me. But I enjoy it.
Miss about being a kid:
I miss being able to devote hours on end to whatever I felt like doing. The freedom and lack of responsibility were fantastic.
