Best UW-L story: There are just too many to pick one!
Advice to freshmen:
What surprised you the most about UW-L during your Freshmen year?
I was surprised about how involved you could be. At one point I realized that I couldn’t be apart of every organization or every group that I wanted to because there was not enough time in the day! It just surprised me how many options there were to be a part of around campus.
In your opinion what is the best thing about the UW-L?
I think that the people, here at UW-L, are amazing. It’s a super friendly atmosphere here. I am able to just walk out of my residence hall and say hi to many people as I walk to class. The people are friendly and nice and you are able to find individuals that you can relate to really well. Not only does that account for students but also teachers. I feel like the teachers here really want you to succeed and do well in school, so much that they push you to come in and talk to them. I can honestly say that I have not had a teacher I didn’t appreciate!
Weirdest thing about you?
I am able to shake my eyes. Which probably is not a good thing, but it is pretty strange.

Name something you do when you're alone that you wouldn't do in front of others?
I sing a lot when I’m alone and usually I don’t enjoy singing in front of others!
