Why I came to UW-L: I came to UW-L because of its great academics, athletic reputation, and overall “hometown” feel. I love the feeling of seeing friendly faces everyday as I walk to class and could not have done that at a bigger university. Ever since starting high school, UW-L was my number one choice, and I have never regretted coming here as a student.
One thing you should do before graduation: Try to do things that are outside your comfort zone. College is an experience that you only get to go through once in a lifetime and don't be afraid to break out of your shell. This mind set helped me open up to new people and experience something that I will never forget in my lifetime.
My iPod Contains:
I’m probably the
only student at UW-L that doesn’t own an mp3 player, but I can sing you
any song played on Z93.3, La Crosse's Top 40 radio.
