Why I came to UW-L: When
I was in 5th grade, my brother toured La Crosse. I came
with so I could skip school for a day. My hometown is
two hours away from La Crosse, and I got carsick on the
way to UW-L. When My mom parked our car in front of the
campus police station, I immediately ran out and threw
up all over the tree in front of the station. I made my
mark on UW-L and knew that this was the place for me.
Seven years later, UW-L was the only university I
applied to and I haven't regretted a single
moment...other than the Sprite I drank on the way to
UW-L 11 years ago.
One thing you should do before graduation:
Volunteer for Operation: River Watch downtown in
December when 3 coats still can't keep you warm.
If you could name
Eagle Hall, it would be: "One Ring to Rule them
Hall"
