Why I came to UW-L: I chose UW-L because I wanted a strong school academically that wasn't too big or too small. When I came to La Crosse it felt like home to me. The area itself is a very attractive place to live, I like that you can have the buzz of a city as well as the peaceful quiet of the country all with in walking, running and biking distance of campus.

One thing you should do before graduation: Take a class outside your major that interests you like philosophy or an english class. It is nice to learn what other students are doing and to diversify your classes. It is ok to graduate with extra credits.
