Why I came to UW-L: I toured UW-L two different times, once by a vanguard during the summer going into my senior year and once again in December on a football recruiting visit. Other schools had my attention in the athletic department but walking around the campus the for that second time in December I knew everything felt right and I wanted to call this place HOME. Best decision I ever made. If I had to choose what school to go to all over again I would make the same choice and come to UW-L. This place is unreal and the people are the most welcoming people you'll meet in your entire life. Go Eagles!
One thing you should do before graduation: Check out downtown La Crosse thoroughly. The bar scene is a blast, but there is also an awesome beach across the river, great small shops, restaurants, hotels, the river walk, and much more.
If you could name Eagle Hall, it would be: Pannier Hall, I think it has a nice ring to it.
