Why I came to UW-L: None of the other colleges I was looking at offered a historic steamboat photograph collection for me to peruse

Why I came to UW-L: I compared facts and figures from about 12 universities. UW-L was the only University to meet all of my criteria for location, competitiveness, class size, price, programs, and undergraduate population…Then I made a visit and tried a bread bowl from the Trattoria with alfredo sauce and extra cheese. That’s when I realized I made the right choice.


One this you should do before graduation: Run through puddles on campus when the rain is pouring 

Eagle Hall name: Convergence Hall. Lame name? Maybe, but the hall's goal is not merely to house students, but to bring the unique ideas, experiences, and personalities of our students together. Like two lines running through a plane and colliding at one particular point in space, students from all over the Midwest, the US and the world come converge within the hall creating a unique atmosphere.
