Volunteering Within is a volunteering organization through the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse.  As a club, Volunteering Within members volunteer around the La Crosse community in a variety of events for a variety of clients.

   Volunteering Within started in the Spring Semester of 2005 by a couple of friends that wanted to make a difference.  In as little as two months, Volunteering Within was up and running with as many as 30 active volunteers.  Now, Volunteering Within has grown beyond the founders' dreams constantly accepting new members and searching for new clients.

Our Mission Statement

   Volunteering Within's mission is to make a difference by volunteering time and energy to people around the community.  We, as volunteers of Volunteering Within, wish to promote volunteering as a way to extend a helping hand into the community and create smiles.
