I realize, that by submitting this new member sign-up that I agree to be a part of Volunteering Within.  I plan on actively participating in the volunteering opportunities provided by Volunteering Within and follow through when agreeing to volunteer for a certain event.  I also agree that if I sign up for an event and have to cancel for some reason, that I will do this at least 4 days in advance or else I will find my own replacement.

NOTE: There is a dues of $5/year to be included in Volunteering Within.  Also, to purchase the VW T-shirt, it costs $10 and this includes your name.  You will be contacted about this upon submitting this form.  Thanks.
