Welcome to the Wellness Resource Center (WRC)

The  WRC is an informational office that focuses on educating the UWL community on a variety of health topics. The goal of the WRC is to empower people by providing them with the knowledge and tools necessary to lead a healthy, balanced lifestyle.  We are currently located in 124 Wittich Hall. During the fall of 2011, we will occupy an office in the new academic building.  The WRC is not only an online resource, but an advocate for the health of the UW-L community. We participate in many educational programs and events on campus. We are currently revamping the WRC and your feedback is valuable.
