WINGS
is the name for UW-L’s new Student Information System.
UW-La Crosse will be transitioning from its current legacy
systems (CAS, TALON, AERIE, and ADMISSIONS) to the PeopleSoft
Campus Solutions environment. The new software will provide
students, faculty, and staff with access to information related
to recruiting and admissions, records and registration,
financial aid, student financials, and enhanced self-service
capabilities. Initial planning for the implementation project began
in May of 2007 and the system will be fully functional by the
start of the 2009 summer semester.
