Take Care of Your Heart!
Watch on demand- What's new Wednesdays - Take Care of Your Heart
February is a heart month and a good opportunity to reflect on what are you doing to keep your body and mind healthy. Learn some ideas for movement, healthy eating and self-care. The session will be presented by Jessica Boland, B.S., MPH.
Jessica is a Worksite Wellness Consultant in the Office of Population Health at Gundersen Health System. She leads the department’s worksite wellness initiatives by coordinating and staffing health events, providing point of care testing, biometric screenings, and serving as a resource for participants regarding follow-up care options. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education and a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
Join us from noon-1 p.m. Central Time on Wednesday, February 23, for the next What’s new Wednesdays.
