Resilience to Flooding

CONNECTING THE ACADEMY AND THE COMMUNITY

Please join us for a dialogue involving UWL faculty and members of the community on the topic of "Resilience to Flooding".

Members of the community include residents, organizers, teachers, and individuals associated with the USGS and DNR.

UWL faculty are from the Departments of Geography, Psychology, and Sociology.

Guiding questions include:

"Where have we observed resilience in our local community and elsewhere?

"How can we cultivate resilience in the face of more severe and ongoing flooding?"
