"Cooking with Carmen: Vegans Eat Brats, Too!"

Lately, we're hearing more and more about vegan, or "plant-based," food alternatives. Have you ever wondered how these kinds of foods are made, and why they are becoming increasingly popular?

Join us for a live cooking demonstration featuring Carmen Wilson, with her special sous chef, husband UWL Chancellor Joe Gow! Carmen will be preparing vegan brats, coleslaw and potatoes outside of the Student Union on campus.

While there is no cost for this session, we ask that you register so we know how many guests to expect. In addition you will have the opportunity to submit questions to the presents when you register. (All questions will remain anonymous).
