The 2020 U.S. Culture and English Academy has been cancelled due to current public health concerns regarding the COVID-19 virus.
Required documents: The required documents below must be completed and submitted along with the applicant’s final payment due on April 30, 2020.
- Apply & pay deposit by March 31, 2020
- Receive application confirmation
- Request Visa letter
- Submit these forms by April 30, 2020 (all the following forms are to be submitted together online):
- Download, print and sign appropriate forms
- REC waiver forms
- Climbing wall waiver form
- Understanding of UWL Academy Rules and Regulations
- Student Acknowledgement and Release Form (for students only, not chaperones)
- Half page introduction of yourself and what you hope to learn at the academy
- writing sample - (for students only, not chaperones)
- Passport bio page (scan document to your computer and submit with rest of the forms listed in 4.a.)
- Download, print and sign appropriate forms
- Final payment by April 30, 2020 (UWL will contact you with the final payment information)
- Receive program confirmation
