The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse has partnered with school districts for over 20 years to bridge the gap between high school and college. This year, UWL is pleased to announce the addition of two new dual credit courses for the La Crosse Health Science Academy (HSA): HP/HPR 106: Introduction to Health Related Careers and PH 204: Introduction to Global Health. Students from the following districts are participating in these courses: 

  • Aquinas High School
  • La Crosse
  • Coulee Christian School
  • Onalaska
  • Holmen
  • West Salem

In addition, the following high schools have enrolled students in the DC program:

  • Cochrane-Fountain City
  • West Salem
  • La Crosse
  • Westby
  • Mauston
  • Whitehall

UW-La Crosse continually researches growth areas for dual credit programs and is currently exploring courses in the departments of Communication Studies, Health Professions, and Political Science. If you are interested in a dual credit course in other academic areas, please contact us.
