Cooking
July 16–18, 2018 | 3 Days | $265

Cooking is for youth entering grades 6–8.

July 16: 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
July 17: 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
July 18: 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Cooking registration is limited to 15 participants.
Registration fee includes: Diploma, apron, chef hat, lunches, snacks, dinner for two guests.*
*Extra dinner tickets may be purchased for $10 each.

Baking
July 19–20, 2018 | 2 Days | $210

Baking is for youth entering grades 6–8.

Advanced Cooking
July 23–24, 2018 | 2 Days | $295

Advanced Cooking is for youth entering grades 6–10. 
Cooking is a prerequisite for youth in grades 6 and 7.

July 23: 8:45 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
July 24: 8:45 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
   

Advanced cooking registration is limited to 15 participants.
Registration fee includes: Diploma, chef's jacket, snacks, lunches and dinner for two guests.*
*Extra dinner tickets may be purchased for $10 each.

Registrations are accepted until July 3, 2018 or until enrollment is reached.

Cancellation policy:

Substitutions welcome. Full refund less $25 processing fee two weeks prior to event, no refunds thereafter. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to: conted@uwlax.edu.
 
Registration implies permission for photos, publicity and inclusion in a participant list, unless Continuing Education/Extension is notified in writing prior to the program:conted@uwlax.edu.
