All campus employees are invited to the fourth annual Employee Enrichment Day.
This year’s programming will focus on the UWL Strategic Plan’s “Investing in our People” emphasis. Sessions will center on promoting an environment of employee inclusion, ownership and engagement.
Stacy Shapiro, a consultant/trainer and President of Shapiro Strategies, will open the day with a keynote address, “A Spirit of Service.”
Breakout sessions, that will be repeated in the afternoon, will follow. A special networking lunch is also being planned, along with other networking opportunities to meet colleagues from throughout campus.
Individual express credit checkups - by appointment throughout the day, must pre-register.
Chancellor Gow welcomes all employees to attend Employee Enrichment Day; work with supervisors to ensure office coverage.
Funding is provided by UWL classified and academic staff professional development grants.
Employee Enrichment Day is being organized by the following staff: Rachel Berry, Abbi Clauss, Tammy Haakenson, Susanne Koehler, Joshua Kraft, Brad Quarberg, Bridget Reedy, Terry Stika and Becky Yoshizumi
