Greetings Potential Exhibitors:

Welcome from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and the International Death, Grief and Bereavement Conference!

You are invited to participate in the 2023 International Death, Grief and Bereavement Conference held in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Prior to being held in La Crosse, this conference was held at King's College, London Ontario, Canada. Conference attendance is expected to reach more than 100 participants.

Breakfast and breaks will take place along side the exhibits providing maximum exposure to exhibitors.

Cancellations:
Substitutions are welcome. Substitutions and cancellations must be submitted in writing to ex@uwlax.edu. A full refund less $45 processing fee is available up to April 1, 2023. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations after April 1, 2023.

The Student Union is located on the UW-La Crosse campus at the corner of Farwell Street and East Avenue N. There is a loading area on Farwell Street. A freight elevator is available in the center of the building and stairs are near each entrance.

  • Exhibitors will set up in the back portion of the Bluffs Ballroom (room 2120).
  • Each exhibitor will be provided with one 6 foot table (unskirted) and 2 chairs.
  • Exhibitors may set up: Monday, June 5: 7:30 a.m.–8:15 a.m.
  • Exhibitors are expected to staff their areas for the duration of the conference.
