This dynamic two-day workshop will focus on three key elements; meaningful self-appraisal, emotional intelligence, and the art of delegation. Great leaders are people of integrity and live their lives in accordance with a value system that help inspire people to do and be their best. This leads to a positive culture in the workplace which is essential to maximizing everyone's effectiveness. In this two-day training, you will learn why emotional intelligence is a key to success in the workplace and in life, while gaining clarity on your own values. Specific tools will be taught which will enable you to live by those values on a daily basis. In addition, you will re-discover your greatest strengths, as well as areas of improvement. Ultimately, you will learn how to delegate in a structured, yet empowering, manner.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Reveal/Create a set of personal core values to live by.
  • Discover the basics of emotional intelligence and why it is key in the workplace.
  • Perform a personal assessment of your emotional intelligence style.
  • Improve on personal challenges & cultivate personal strengths.
  • Use your emotional intelligence to bring your highest self to work and life.
  • Determine how to competently control your climate.
  • Realize why appreciating your colleagues’ matters…and how do it.
  • Learn the CLEAR method of communication.
  • Understand why we don't delegate as often as we could…and why we should.
  • Master best practices for the delegation process.
  • Apply your new knowledge in the real world.
