Parking is free in Lot C2 only!

Lot C2 is located in front of Roger Harring Stadium at Veterans Memorial Field Sports Complex (enter from Pine Street). All other campus parking requires a permit.

Please check out UWL Parking to learn more about the new pay stations. A video explaining how to use pay stations is available on the site. New pay stations are located in seven commuter lots on campus. Be on the lookout for the new, gray pay stations with color displays. Customers use their license plates as their permits, and display of a receipt is not necessary.

The pay stations offer an option to enter a cell phone number to receive an alert when time is about to expire. Customers can reply, via text message, to purchase additional time.

The pay stations default to a $5 overnight rate from 7 p.m.–2 a.m. and charge $1 per hour between 2 a.m.–7 p.m. Pay-by-phone is available at any UWL pay station. Visitors can download the Passport Parking app to their smartphones or to create an account. Visitors can then add time remotely by selecting one of the numbered zones on campus. Visitors use their license plates to validate transactions

You can now use your credit card to purchase online and then print your daily parking permit through this website:

For those who have a state-issued handicapped parking permit and have obtained your annual campus permit, you are able to park in any available parking spot and the parking office will direct you to specific places if you have questions. Any on or off-campus parking tickets received are your responsibility.
