If you have special dietary requests, please submit them to internationalbanquet@uwlax.edu by Monday, April 13, 2020. All menu items are processed in the same facility. We will make every attempt to honor your requests however menu items may come into contact with wheat, eggs, nuts, soy and dairy.

The 2020 International Banquet has been cancelled:

The 2020 International Banquet has been cancelled due to current public health concerns regarding the COVID-19 virus.

Individuals who purchased tickets for the International Banquet can request a refund by sending an email to taleckson@uwlax.edu. Please use "Ticket Refund" as your email subject line and include your contact information in the body of the email. We will contact you to issue your refund as we are able. Thank you for your patience as we work through this process.

Table sponsorships for the 2020 International Banquet! 

  • Tables are given priority seating and are clearly labeled with your organization's name.
  • As a table sponsor, your organization is highlighted in the evening's program. You must register by March 22, 2020 to be included in the program.
  • $250 per table (includes 8 banquets tickets and name listed in the program)

When registering, you'll be provided with two options for ticket pick up:

  1. Pick tickets up in advance of the banquet in 220 Morris Hall: You must list the name of the person responsible for picking up the table's tickets. They will be provided with 8 tickets. Tickets will be available for pick up beginning Monday, April 6, 2020. Please pick up your tickets by Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at noon.
  2. Pick tickets up at the door the evening of the event:  Please inform your guests of the name of the person/group reserving the table.
