Give guest access to WINGS

Information Technology Services (ITS) has enabled a new feature in WINGS. 

Students can now designate guest users to their accounts.  Students control what guests can see and do. 

Guests can be set up to:

  • Update Contact Information
  • Update Emergency Contacts
  • View Account Activity
  • View Advisor Information
  • View Class Schedule
  • View Contact Information
  • View Financial Aid
  • View Grades
  • View Graduation Status
  • View Holds
  • View Planner
  • View Shopping Cart
  • View To Dos
  • View/Pay What I Owe

Students have two ways to access this new feature.
From desktop:

  1. Log in to their WINGS Student Center at with their NetID username and password

From mobile:

  1. Visit
  2. Select the WINGS button and log in with your NetID username and password
  3. Select "Guest Users" from the menu

After setting up a guest, the guest will be notified via email about their new access.
Students should consider who they are sharing their information with and review their list of guests regularly to make sure they are sharing their information with the appropriate individuals. 

Be aware that once guest access is granted, it will remain in place until the student chooses to revoke it.  Guest access does not expire on its own.
