GIS Lab Assistant

Our GIS Lab Assistant is an upper-level Geography major and a wonderful resource for lower-level geotechnique courses (GEO 305, GEO 405, GEO 415, GEO 418). In addition to reaching out to respective instructors, lower-level geotechnique students are encouraged to meet with our Lab Assistant for help with assignments during lab hours and/or during his office hours.

Paris, WI
Geography Major: Geographic Information Science Concentration
  • Year: Senior
  • Minor: Earth Science
  • About Me:
    • In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my friends, exploring the La Crosse area, and baking. One of my favorite things to do in La Crosse is to visit local shops and restaurants (Ranison's and Cool Beans are forever favorites of mine). After graduation, I plan to explore the field of geography and possibly get my master's in cartography.
  • Study Tip:
    • Stay organized! Know what content you’re solid on and what you really need to refresh on. It’s easy to fall into the trap of avoiding the harder studying with easier tasks. Prioritize reviewing the concepts you find challenging so you can use your time wisely and still have the freedom to have fun later!
