Many of our courses and programs are offered on campus in traditional formats; however, we also have a growing number of courses and degrees delivered to students off campus through both on-line courses and face-to-face courses delivered in communities across the State of Wisconsin.

Why Should I Pursue a Graduate Degree at UWL?

UWL is a member of the Council of Graduate Schools and has several programs with national accreditation. A hallmark of the graduate education experience at UW-La Crosse is close interaction with faculty. Graduate students network with faculty through course work, collaboration in teaching, research projects, professional service endeavors, independent studies, practica, internships, and other scholarly pursuits to enhance their knowledge and skills. The graduate faculty is committed to quality in all graduate education endeavors. Many of our students continue their education in doctoral and other areas of professional study.
